Today we will weld a simple mushroom mushroom, or rather cabbage soup. Cabbage, carrots, onions, just a little meat and very tasty cabbage soup are ready.
Product set:
- Champignons, 250 gr.
- Cabbage, 1/4 of the middle head
- Potatoes, 3-4 pcs.
- Vetshchina, 150 gr.
- Onion, 1 pc.
- Carrots, 1 pc.
- Garlic, 3-4 teeth
- Broth cubes, 3 pcs.
- Bay leaf
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
We cut the mushrooms with slices, potatoes and ham with a cube, smaller bow, rub the carrots on a large grater, chop the cabbage.
We boil a couple of liters of water, dilute broth cubes, put cabbage, potatoes, bay leaf, bring to a boil, cook half an hour on the minimum fire.
Fry the champignons over high heat for three minutes, transfer to a bowl.
Put the onion in the pan, press the garlic, add a little oil, fry for three minutes.
Add carrots, fry for a couple of minutes, put the ham, cook for three minutes, stirring.
We spread the mushrooms, warm up a couple of minutes …
… Add to a pan, salt, pepper to taste, cook everything together, remaining until half an hour (about 15 minutes).
Serve with sour cream and herbs.
