  • Prepare the ingredients: defrost or cook minced meat, vegetables, flour and spices. The temperature of the eggs does not matter. Instead of pig-bearing minced meat, you can use any other except fish.

    I took flour from hard wheat varieties — the one that is used to prepare household sheets. Galushki from it is very tasty and fragrant even without additional ingredients. And they remain tastier the next day. But you can cook with ordinary flour. Rice or rye is also suitable.

    For the aroma, I use olive oil in the ducks, it can be replaced with sunflower refined. Dried celery can also be replaced with dried or fresh dill, green onions or parsley. And you can completely remove the greens from the soup and add chopped branches when serving.

  • Step 2

    Pour 3 liters of water into a pan and put on strong fire, bring to a boil. I use a pan with a total volume of 6 liters, but the soup is less than the full volume. You can take 5 l of the pan.

  • Step 3

    Cut the onion with a small cube while the water boils, and fry in preheated vegetable oil. Fry about 5-6 minutes at maximum power.

  • Step 4

    Cut the potatoes with a cube of 1.5 x 1.5 cm or a little more.

    Tip: choose potatoes for soup, which is poorly boiled and preserves the shape well. Great for red soups.

  • Step 5

    Cut the carrots with a cube. If you want the soup to look interesting and unusual, cut the vegetable with thin semicircles or asterisks with a figure knife.

  • Step 6

    Add potatoes to boiling water and bring once again to a boil over high heat.

  • Step 7

    Form meatballs while boiling potatoes. I got about 2.5-3 cm in diameter.

  • Step 8

    Put the meatballs in boiling water to the potatoes.

  • Step 9

    Send carrots to the soup after meat. Put on strong fire and bring to a boil. Cook for another 12-15 minutes, slightly reducing power (4/6 for an electric stove).

  • Step 10

    While vegetables and meatballs boil, prepare the dough for dicks: beat the eggs well with a whisk or fork until the yolks and proteins are combined.

  • Step 11

    Add flour and mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula.

  • Step 12

    Pour 2 tbsp. l. olive oil and mix thoroughly.

  • Step 13

    Pour black pepper, salt.

    Tip: you can add a pinch of turmeric to the dough so that it becomes more yellow.

  • Step 14

    Once again, mix the dough well. It should be moderately liquid. As on pancakes — it easily flows from the shoulder blade with a tape.

  • Step 15

    Add the fried onion to the soup.

  • Step 16

    Prepare a glass with cold water and a teaspoon for the formation of dumplings.

  • Step 17

    Dip the spoon into cold water, dial about half the dough and immediately transfer to the broth. Repeat until the dough ends.

  • Step 18

    Put the bay leaf and salt in the soup.

  • Step 19

    Add dried celery or other greens, cover and put on the stove. At the power above average, bring to a boil.

  • Step 20

    Turn off the fire, remove the soup from the stove and let it brew for another 10-15 minutes.

  • Step 21
