Prepare ingredients for making soup with stewed meat and potatoes.
Choose high-quality stew made in accordance with GOST. The more real meat in the can and the less fat and sauce, the richer the soup will taste. I use chicken in its own juices.
I advise you to use a “Vegetable” bouillon cube, it makes the broth richer. But keep in mind that it already contains salt and spices. When further adding salt and spices, do not overdo it!
Wash and peel the vegetables.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into strips.

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, add a bouillon cube, peppercorns, bay leaf, and bring to a boil.
