Step 1
The recipe for this simple and tasty pie includes the following ingredients: wheat flour (I have the highest grade, but you can take the first one), apples (preferably sweet and sour varieties — I have white bulk), butter, chicken eggs of medium sized, sugar, food soda, lemon juice, ground cinnamon (you can replace a slightly vanilla spoon of vanilla sugar).

First of all, we will prepare a sand dough for a grated pie. Mix 340 grams of wheat flour with half a teaspoon of baking soda. We sift everything through a sieve so that there are no lumps.

The dough for the pie can be kneaded with your hands, but it is more convenient and fastest to use the kitchen combine (nozzle — metal knife). We connect two chicken eggs (45-50 grams each), 150 grams of sugar, a pinch of vanillin and 100 grams of soft butter (take it out of the refrigerator in advance and let lie at room temperature).
Step 4
Mix everything so that the products are connected. After that, add the dry part — flour with soda.
Step 5
Mix so that it turns out very tender, soft, sticky and completely homogeneous sand dough. I am sure that you will be tormented by the desire to add more flour, but do not do it — otherwise the finished dough in the grated pie will not turn out to be delicate and soft. Leave everything as it is — then you will not regret it.
Step 6
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, flatten each piece and wrap it in a bag or food film. We send to the freezer for an hour to make the dough hard and it could be grinded on a coarse grater. Perhaps you have a powerful freezer — then you will need a little less time.
Step 7
While the dough freezes in the cold, we turn on the oven to heat up 180 degrees. Prepare the filling for a grated pie: we take 3 rather large apples, remove the skin and remove the seed boxes. We rub the pulp on a coarse grater and pour it with lemon juice. This is necessary so that the apples do not darken and additionally acquire a pleasant light sourness.
Step 8
We collect our apple pie. We take the suitable size for baking in size (I have silicone 20×20 cm) and evenly rub one piece of chilled dough into it. There is no need to lubricate the form, since there is a lot of butter in the test. If you are not sure in your form, you can slightly lubricate with refined vegetable oil or cream (in the second case, be sure to fad with wheat flour).
Step 9
We spread our apple filling on the grated dough. If the apples are very juicy, drain the juice.
Step 10
Sprinkle the apple filling with sugar and ground cinnamon to taste.
Step 11
On top we rub the second part of the sand dough so that it lay down an uniform layer, covering the apple filling.
Step 12
We put a grated pie with apples in a preheated oven to an average level and prepare at 180 degrees about 35-40 minutes to a beautiful ruddy color.
Step 13
The finished pie is a little cool in the form, after which it can be cut with portioned pieces.
Step 14
In the finished form, such a pie is soft and slightly crumbly. Despite the fact that it is based on the sand dough, it will not be dry — thanks to a relatively small amount of wheat flour, it retains softness and tenderness. The dough turns out to be pretty sweet, and juicy apple filling simply fragrance with the aroma of cinnamon. In this home baking, everything is in moderation, the complete harmony of tastes — try, you will not regret it!
