Preparation: Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the preparation of Hawaiian pizza with pineapples and chicken.
Pizza will be prepared on the basis of yeast thin test.
The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 2 medium pizzas in size 27-30 cm. Or 4 portioned small pizzas with a diameter of 15 cm.
Chicken fillet can be boiled or baked.
I used the finished baked chicken fillet and canned pineapples, already sliced by pieces. It is convenient and accelerates the cooking process.

For the test.
In a bowl, connect sugar, warm water and dry yeast, mix and put in a warm place for 10 minutes so that the yeast starts.
If the yeast is alive, you will see bubbles and foam on the surface, and also feel a characteristic smell.

Pour mush, salt, add vegetable oil into a bowl.

Knead the dough manually. Cover the bowl and remove the dough in heat. It should rise and increase a couple of times.
So far, you can prepare the filling for Hawaiian pizza.

Cut the finished chicken fillet into thin long slices or divide with your hands into fibers.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut Mozarella with plates.

After 30 minutes, the dough is ready.

Put the dough on a board with flour, cut in half. Cover one ball while covering with a towel so that the dough does not dry.

Rinse the basis of the test with a rolling pin and put on baking paper.
If you knead the dough correctly, it will be quite elastic. Therefore, you can help with your hands stretch the dough so that it turns out thinner, as experienced pizzao does it 🙂

Cover the base with tomato sauce.

The next layer is grated cheese.

I took the usual semi -hard cheese and Mozarella. For one pizza, use 100-150 g of semi-hard cheese and half the ball of Mozarella 125 g.
