Today we will prepare the most summer dish — meat with garlic arrows. Usually we do not use them, but this time we decided to find some recipe and eat for food.
No sooner said than done. On the open spaces of the network, an option was found for the preparation of arrows paired with meat, a little modified and put into life.
As for meat, it can be any. We have a pork ham, but if you take beef, lamb or even chicken will also work out well.
Product set:
- Meat, 450 gr.
- Garlic arrows, 250 gr.
- Onions, 2 small bulbs
- Garlic, 2-3 teeth
- Starch, 1 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce, 3 tbsp. l.
- Coriander, 1 tsp.
- Sugar, 1 tsp.
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Cut the arrows with pieces of 2-3 cm, meat with thin slices, onions in half rings.
Put the meat in the bowl, add starch, 2/3 soy sauce, mix thoroughly, rubbing the starch into the meat, leave for 15 minutes.
Fry the onion over high heat for two minutes.
We spread the meat with an even layer, leave at rest for two minutes, mix, fry for another two minutes.
Add the coriander, sugar, the remainder of soy sauce, salt, pepper to taste, squeeze the cloves of garlic, mix.
We load garlic arrows in the pan, mix, reduce the fire to a minimum, cover with a lid, leave at rest for half an hour.
We serve with cilantro leaflets and soy sauce.
