For a batch of dough, I recommend using the highest grade flour. Such flour will make the finished product delicate and airy.
Take butter with good quality with a fat content of 82.5%. Get it out of the refrigerator in advance.
Fresh yeast can be replaced with dry. They need them three times less. For my taste, the rum woman is more magnificent of fresh yeast.
For syrup, instead of rum, you can take cognac.
Spices for the flavoring of syrup to choose to your liking. Raisins are suitable for any variety. If desired, it can be previously held in orange juice or rum (cognac).

Pour warm milk into a deep bowl. Pour 10 g of sugar from the total mass. Puff out fresh yeast with your hands.

Mix all the ingredients well so that the yeast is well dispersed. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
