Leave the dough under a towel in a warm place for at least 1 hour, let him rise in half.
💡 Advice: If you do not want to mess with the batch of dough, you can take the finished yeast puff pastry, which will significantly reduce the cooking time with shrimp and pesto.

Twist and clean the shrimp.
If they are raw — fry 1-2 minutes with garlic on a drop of oil. You can sprinkle with lemon.
If the shrimp is already boiled — just dry. It is not necessary to cook additionally, they will reach the oven. -
