Preparation: Step 1

    Put the form with fish in the middle of the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake boats with fish and vegetables for 25-30 minutes.

    If you want to reduce the cooking time, then you need to do the following. Prepare vegetables in advance, clean them and cut them. Transfer to the container, add vegetable oil and mix well. Salt and spices do not add, otherwise the vegetables will begin to emit juice. Close a container with vegetables with a lid and put in the refrigerator. Thus, vegetables are perfectly spent about a day. Then you just have to add salt and spices to vegetables. Put them to fish and bake them. The boats, by the way, can also be done in advance.
