Egg salad, green onions and cucumber

Preparation: Step 1

  • Step 2

    Boil two chicken eggs. Cool in cold water.

  • Step 3

    Cut the cucumber with a large cube. I usually cut along the 4 parts, and then — across the pieces with a thickness of about 1–1.5 cm. If the peel is hard, partially cut it off.

  • Step 4

    Finely chop the onion. Cut the radishes into 4-6 parts, with such boats-dollars.

  • Step 5

    Cut the eggs with a large cube.

    Do not rush and try to get more or less unstable pieces. It’s easier to cut the egg along, turn the rugs with yellow down, and then cut.

  • Step 6

    Separate parsley and a little dill to the decoration. Chop the rest of the dill and add to sour cream. There is also lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

  • Step 7

    Pierce the dressing with a submersible blender until smooth. If there is a lot of greens, a pleasant light green sauce with the aroma of dill will turn out.

  • Step 8

    Add granular mustard to the already finished sauce and mix. So mustard grains will retain and will pleasantly crunch in the salad.

  • Step 9

    Prepare a serving plate for a salad with an egg, green onions and a cucumber. Put two -thirds of vegetables: cucumber, radishes and onions. Distribute evenly, mixing slightly.

  • Step 10

    Two-thirds of the eggs and a little (pinch) at the top of everything, salt-ropher.

    It's hard to talk about the amount of salt. This is very subjective. She went and weighed her pinch. It turned out to be about 1.5 grams. Two of my pinch = 3 grams.

    A pinch in the sauce, a pinch on top of vegetables, in this step. Something like that.

  • Step 11

    Next, the remaining mixture of vegetables with onions, the last third of the egg and leaves of greens.

  • Step 12

    A salad with an egg, green onions and cucumber is ready. It remains to gently pour sour floods with sour cream and can be served!
