Hi all.
We somehow made a similar salad, but there was a meat component (chicken) and, on the whole, it was more amusing.
Today, the ingredients are smaller, the Salatan is vegetarian, but this does not prevent him from being very tasty and satisfying.
Product set:
- Potatoes, 400 gr.
- Pickled loads, 300 gr.
- Red onions, 1 pc.
- Salt cucumbers, 60 gr.
- Cranberry s/m, 50 gr.
- Mayonnaise, 50 gr.
- Unrefined sunflower oil, 20 gr.
- Dill
- Salt
Cut potatoes, mushrooms and cucumbers with slices. Onions are thin black -wrapping, dill is chopped finely.
Cranberry and onion pour boiling water for five minutes.
Boil potatoes until cooked (15-20 minutes).
Mix all the ingredients, season with sunflower oil, salt to taste.
Serve with mayonnaise.
