Today we will prepare unusual chicken khinkali. An unusual filling containing mint and Tarhun and cherry as many as two hypostases will be unusual.

Product set:
- Chicken minced meat, 400 gr.
- Khinkali dough, 12 pcs.
- Cherry s/m, 30 gr.
- Sluggish cherries, 10 gr.
- Mint 10 gr.
- Patient oil with garlic and parsley, 10 gr.
- Garlic 2 tooths
- Tarhun 5 gr.
- Hop-sunels, 4 gr.
- Thyme 2 gr.
- Black pepper, 1 gr.
- Salt
We chop all the greens, garlic and cherry.
We put minced meat, pepper, hop-sunels, softened oil, salt to taste, mix thoroughly.
Add 100 ml of cold water, mix thoroughly again.
We sculpt Khinkali.
Boil in boiling salted water for 15 minutes and serve.
