Hi all.
We already somehow made a mimosa with sprats, but there was carrots, red onions, and the cheese was not present at all.
Today we will prepare a slightly different option — with cheese, without carrots and a slightly modified onion component.
Product set:
- Sprats, 240 gr.
- Potatoes, 4-5 pcs.
- Eggs, 4 pcs.
- Onions, 1 small onion
- Cheese, 70 gr.
- Mayonnaise
- Apple or wine vinegar, 50 ml
- Salt
We must throw sprats on a sieve so that the glass is oil …
… We knead with a fork, leaving a couple of fish for serving.
We clean the potatoes, boil or bake (can be sent for 10-12 minutes to the microwave).
Cook the eggs screwed, divide into proteins and yolks.
We chop the onion finely, fill it with vinegar, add 50 ml of boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, squeeze.
We rub half the potatoes on a flat plate in which we will serve, distribute in a circle, lubricate with mayonnaise.
We spread sprats, also mayonnaise on top.
Further luggled onions …
… mayonnaise again.
We rub the remaining potatoes, grease again with a mazik …
… rub egg squirrels, again mayonnaise …
… rub cheese, and mayonnaise again.
On top we cover everything with egg yolks grated on fine grater, clean the edges of the plate, remove the clock in the refrigerator.
We decorate with delayed sprats and serve.
Bon appetit!
