Hi all.
On the eve of New Year's excesses, why not return to the Soviet classics).
We have already touched on the topic of this salad more than once, and everywhere, except for one unique recipe, potatoes were present. However, there is an option for preparing mimosa with boiled rice, which is widespread in catering and retail chains.
We decided to try it, so to speak, to fully embrace this layer of Soviet cuisine, although for me personally in this topic, the absolute favorite is the recipe with butter.

Product set:

- Canned pink salmon, 1 can
- Eggs, 4 pcs.
- Carrots, 100 gr.
- Semi-hard cheese, 100 gr.
- Rice, 80 gr.
- Green onions, 10 gr.
- Mayonnaise. 5-6 tbsp. l.
Mash the fish with a fork along with the juice, grate the cheese on a fine grater, boil the carrots, grate them like cheese, chop the onion finely, boil the eggs, grate the whites coarsely, put the yolks aside.

Boil the rice until tender, rinse with cold water, and place in a sieve.

Place the fish on the bottom of a plate or mold…

…grease Art. a spoonful of mayonnaise, followed by egg whites, mayonnaise again…

…carrots, mayonnaise…

…green onions…

…rice, mayonnaise again…

…cheese…

…mayonnaise again and top it off with finely grated egg yolks.

Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour and serve.

Bon appetit!
