Pour half a liter of water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat, under the lid, for about 45 minutes.

In the meantime, the ribs are boiled to make a vegetable fry for soup with pork and potatoes.
In a pan, with the addition of a pair of spoons of oil, fry 3 minutes onions. After add carrots with celery and garlic. Somewhere in three minutes, add tomato paste there and fry all together for another minute.
