Preparation: Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients for the milk cocktail with ice cream and strawberries.
As already said above, the fresh berry is calm and perfectly replaced by ice cream.
The sweetness of the cocktail is already individual. With these proportions, I add a teaspoon of sugar. And you can just add a little more ice cream.
In general, sweetness is very dependent on the ripeness and variety of berries. I never take very sour berries, since there is a risk that milk will simply turn off an excess of acid. This happened to me. So unripe, sour berries in the pie, compote or jam, and ripe and sweet — to eat or cocktail 🙂
How to choose strawberries

Prepare strawberries. Rinse the berries, remove the cups and, if any, cut all sorts of suspicious places. Put on a paper towel.

Throw everything into the blender: strawberries, ice cream, milk and a spoon of sugar.

Beat all the ingredients for about 1 minute, until the cocktail becomes airy, thick and even in texture.

If there is no stationary blender, you can use submersible. Fold all products in a tall can or bowl and break through until smooth. It works no worse!

Pierce to uniformity.
If you do a larger amount of cocktail, it is better to first pure the berries, and then add all the other ingredients. In this case, the cocktail is guaranteed to be homogeneous, without pieces of berries.

Milk cocktail with ice cream and strawberries is ready.
No to do it in advance! After a very short time, the cocktail will begin to be divided or even turn. We did and enjoy! Especially business there for 3 minutes 🙂
