Files are a delicate part that is prepared very quickly. Therefore, do not dry! No 10 minutes of frying are needed. As a result, get dry meat.

Choose a fillet, add a spoonful of oil in the same pan and throw halves of the cherry. Fry them slightly shaking literally half a minute.

Add spinach leaves to the pan in the pan.
