Step 1
For the preparation of banana lines, we will need the following ingredients: wheat flour, kefir, bananas, chicken eggs, refined vegetable (I have sunflower) oil, sugar, food soda and salt. All products must be at room temperature, and kefir — a little warm. I get everything necessary from the refrigerator in the evening and leave it on the kitchen table until the morning.

In a separate bowl, connect 300 grams of wheat flour with a half teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt.

Mix everything thoroughly so that soda and salt are evenly distributed along flour.

In a bowl for preparing the dough we put peeled bananas. 200 grams is the weight of bananas without a peel. I have 3 small fruits, but maybe you will have one giant.
Step 5
We knead the banana flesh not in mashed potatoes, but so that pieces remain. By the way, only a fork will be needed for the batch of dough.
Step 6
Add 2 chicken eggs and 1.5 tablespoons (spoon with a slide) of sugar. By the way, if the bananas are very sweet, sugar can not be added.
Step 7
Mix and pour 250 milliliters of kefir of any fat content (I took 2%). Mix again.
Step 8
Sift the flour mixture into a bowl through a sieve.
Step 9
Mix quickly so that there are no flour lumps left, and immediately proceed to the preparation of banana oladdies. According to the consistency, such a dough is quite thick, viscous and does not spread. If you have it liquid, add its flour.
Step 10
We take a wide pan (I have 28 cm with a diameter), pour part of the oil into it, warm it up and use a tablespoon we spread the dough. We make fire below the average and prepare pancakes under the lid literally a couple of minutes.

As soon as banana pancakes increase in volume, they are covered with holes — you can turn it over.
Step 12
We bring the second side to readiness and appetizing rosy color also under the lid. Just take your time and do not make a strong fire, otherwise the crust will quickly be browned, and inside the pancakes will not bake poorly. That is, at first they will be magnificent, and then — they will immediately be blown away and become flat.
Step 13
We remove the finished banana pancakes from the pan, pour more oils and apply the next portion of the dough. Thus, we cook all the pancakes — I get exactly 20 pieces.
Step 14
