Today we have another option for making meat with meat in strength — they mixed everything in the refrigerator, added Asian sauce and it turned out a tasty and hearty Japanese dish).
Product set:
- Pork, 300 gr.
- Noodles, 100 gr.
- Cabbage, 100 gr.
- Carrots, 1 pc.
- Champignons, 4-5 pcs.
- Garlic, 1-2 teeth
- Soy sauce, 100 ml
- Oyster sauce, 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil, salt
Boil noodles for five minutes.
Cut the carrots into strips, cabbage, mushrooms and meat in small slices, finely chop the garlic.
Fry carrots and mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil over high heat for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage, fry for two minutes, transfer to a bowl.
Add a little oil, fry the meat for a couple of minutes.
Add both sauces, mix, cook for a minute, return the vegetables, warm up a minute.
We lay out the noodles on plates, on top of the meat with vegetables and serve, decorating with green onions, cilantro, etc.
