Today we have a bright and tasty dish for any occasion. It is cooked quickly, it looks beautiful, it tastes original, so on weekdays and holidays it will be just right.
Product set:
- Potatoes, 400 gr.
- Chicken breast, 360 gr.
- Beans s/m, 100 gr.
- Carrots s/m, 100 gr.
- Onion, 1 pc.
- Grain mustard, 45 gr.
- Honey, 20 gr.
- Almond flakes, 20 gr.
- Apple vinegar, 10 ml
- Sweet paprika, 2 gr.
- Rosemary, twig
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
We separate the leaflets of the rosemary from the stems, cut the onions in half rings.
We clean the potatoes, cut it with arbitrary slices, put in boiling water, salt, boil for 15 minutes …
… Mix in a bowl with almond flakes, beans, carrots and a pair of tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Pour apple vinegar, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, add honey, mustard paprika, salt to taste, warm, stirring, half a minute over high heat.
We salt chicken, pepper to taste, fry a couple of minutes on each side over high heat, put it to the side.
Fry the onion over high heat for a minute, add to the vegetables, salt to taste, mix.
On the bottom of the form we spread the vegetables, on top of the chicken, pour it with honey-horsing sauce, send to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
