Good afternoon
I have long wanted to prepare this masterpiece of oriental cuisine and the favorite snack of all time. In general, hands reached))
I must say that today's recipe is distinguished by relative asceticism (there is no onion and garlic in minced meat, for example), but even in this form, chebureks are very tasty.
The grocery set is extremely simple:
- Baranine minced meat, 300 gr.
- Flour, 300 gr.
- Cinza
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
We knead a steep flour dough, 150 ml of warm water and salt. We wrap in a film or bag and let stand for ten minutes.
We cut the cilantro and parsley relatively finely, mix with minced meat and 50 ml of cold water. Salt, pepper to taste, knead well and divide into six parts:
We also divide the dough into six pieces, each of which we roll out into a pancake 3 mm thick:
To make the dough «bubble» roll out the cakes with flour. That is, they rolled out, sprinkled a little flour, folded the dough in half, rolled again, sprinkled it and three times as a minimum at least.
We put on a half of the future Chebese minced meat and distribute it a little:
Wet the edges of the cakes with water, wrap with the second half, press with your fingers and glue along the edge:
In a pan, heat 200 ml of oil and fry the Chebureks over high heat for a minute one and a half minutes on each side to about this state:
We lay out on a beautiful dish, call hungry eaters:
Bon appetit!
PS
And I would add garlic in the minced meat))))
