Note:
It is better to choose apples for this smoothie — with a piquant sourness, kefir can be replaced with natural yogurt. And try adding honey — 1 tsp. On a portion — smoothie will be enriched with a new taste.

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the apples, cut the core, cut into the middle cubes.

Mix kefir, apples, vanilla sugar, cinnamon in a blender.

Pour the smoothies into glasses. Garnish at will of apples with slices and mint leaves.
