Today we will prepare a completely breathtaking pie with plums. Simple, fast and very tasty.

Product set:
- Plum, 10-12 pcs.
- Ready stolen yeast dough, 250 gr.
- Egg, 1 pc.
- Sugar, 3 tbsp. l.
- Starch, 1 tbsp. l.
- Cinnamon, 1 tsp. Without the top
- A pinch of salt
We heat the oven to 180 ° C.
We remove the seeds in the drain, cut the pulp with slices, mix the sugar with cinnamon and a pinch of salt, shake the egg yolk (the protein is not needed).
Mix plums and sugar in a bowl.
We roll the dough to a thickness of 2.5-3 mm, cut along the edge with a knife, lay out plums into the center, sprinkle with starch.
