If you decide to cook delicious and fresh kefir at home, take milk (how to prepare it I wrote above) and sour cream (kefir).

Mix sour cream with 50 ml of milk, and then pour this mixture into the rest of the milk. Mix everything thoroughly.

Close the jar tightly and take it into heat for a day.

After the allotted time, home kefir will be ready.
