Good afternoon
Today we have a Chinese guest who is so easy to prepare that you wonder how you can give such an interesting taste to ordinary carrots with just a couple of simple ingredients.

The grocery set is as simple as it gets:

- Carrot
- Garlic
- Rice or plain vinegar (4 tbsp.)
- Vegetable oil (5 tbsp.)
- Ground coriander
- Salt
The most tedious and time-consuming thing here is chopping the carrots. It should be chopped into thin strips, so either use a special grater for Korean carrots, or first cut thin slices with a vegetable knife:

And then along — the usual:

Here's what happened:

Season the carrots with vinegar, add salt, mix and crush firmly with your hands to release juice.

Leave the carrots alone and while they are marinating, boil the vegetable oil:

Chop the garlic:

Add it with coriander to the carrots:

And pour out the boiling oil:

Mix thoroughly and serve:

Bon appetit!
