Today we will prepare dumplings with minced meat. We will have a mixture of salmon and cod, but this, of course, is not a constant.
You can use any inhabitant of the water element in general, and not only fish. Shrimp, squid, octopuses, mussels — the main thing is that you like them and withstand thermal processing (I am better not to use oysters)).
We have a ready dough here, but it is easy to make it ourselves.
Product set:
- Bank of fish, 300 gr.
- Dough for dumplings, 30 pcs. (approximately 250 gr.)
- Onion, 1 pc.
- Panking crackers, 30 gr.
- Dill
- Green onions
- Black pepper, salt
We cut the onion with cubes, chop the greens finely.
We put onions, greens, minced meat, breading crackers, salt, pepper to taste in a bowl, thoroughly knead, beat off a table or bowl.
We sculpt dumplings in any usual way.
We boil water, salt, load dumplings, wait for when they pop up and cook for five minutes.
Serve who loves with what.
