    Prepare a batter for chicken. Drive eggs into a deep cup. Add salt, milk and mix everything well until a homogeneous consistency.

    Gradually pour flour into the liquid part, each time mixing the batter with a whisk so that lumps do not form. Thus, introduce 150 grams of flour into the batter. The mass should turn out to be homogeneous and smooth.

  • Step 4

    Prepare chicken. Cut chicken fillet into the same pieces. Do not make them too thick. Otherwise, the batter will be fried from above, and inside the chicken will not have time to completely fry. It is better if it is a thickness of not more than 1-1.5 cm.

    Please note that I cook chicken in batter according to a classic recipe. But you can also first roll chicken in spices. It can be dried garlic, seasoning for chicken or any other favorite herbs and spices. In batter, they will reveal their aroma, and chicken will turn out to be very saturated.

    It is not recommended to add spices in the batter. When frying in a pan, they can be strongly fried and give a bather mustard.

  • Step 5

    Pour the remaining flour into a separate clean plate and roll in it every piece of chicken fillet.

  • Step 6

    Put chicken pieces in the batter and also roll them there on both sides. The batter must completely cover each piece of chicken. But try not to be too much on the fillet. Otherwise, a layer of dough on the finished chicken will be thick.

  • Step 7

    Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it over low heat. The oil should be very well warmed up before we begin to fry chicken fillet in batter. Put pieces of chicken in the pan and fry them over low heat until golden brown.

  • Step 8

    Turn the chicken pieces to the other side and also fry them over low heat until golden.

    Remember the fire. No need to make it too big. It is better if it is minimal. This will allow the chicken to prepare well not only outside, but also inside. With heavy heat, the batter will quickly fry, and the meat will remain raw.

    On average, it takes about 3-4 minutes to prepare one side of chicken fillet. But the exact time will depend on the size of your pieces and thermal conductivity of your pan.

    It is not recommended to fry all the pieces at the same time. It is better in turn that each piece has enough space in a pan for uniform preparation.
