Today is a very simple spring salad. No frills — everything is easy and relaxed. In general, such salads differ in that they are made according to the principle “everything that is in the oven goes to the table.” There is a bunch of greenery and a couple of eggs — go ahead. You don’t even need any specific description — just look, do it).
The product set in our case was as follows:
- Cheremsha
- cucumbers
- Mayonnaise or sour cream
- Onion
- Eggs
- Green
- Dill
- Salt
The only trick is to scald the wild garlic with boiling water so that it becomes soft:
And then we chop everything smaller (I don’t use wild garlic stems — only leaves). Boil the eggs hard and grate them. We peel the cucumbers on the skins and also pass them through a grater:
Season with mayonnaise or sour cream with lemon juice, salt to taste and mix:
