Divide the dough into 11-12 equal parts. Put each piece of dough with your palms in a small ball. It should turn out like a walnut. With your palm, slightly smell each ball of dough. Put the resulting cookies on a prepared baking sheet with a parchment sheet.

Bake cookies in the middle of the oven preheated to 170 degrees. Follow the time. For cooking cookies, it will take an average of 7-10 minutes. Try not to dry cookies. It should increase slightly in size. Characteristic cracks and a light golden hue will appear on its surface.
Cool the finished cookies and serve. Lenten oatmeal cookies are very fragrant due to orange zest, juice and cinnamon. If desired, before baking, you can sprinkle cookies with almond petals chopped nut or poppy. This will give the liver an additional taste and festive appearance.
