Hi all.
Today we will prepare a complex dish — chicken with a vegetable side dish. We will first fry everything first, and then bake in the oven.
Here we have a baby carrot, but, of course, you can take ordinary and cut into small slices.
Product set:
- Chicken breast, 2 pcs.
- Potatoes, 400 gr.
- Onion, 1 pc.
- Beans, 100 gr.
- Carrots, 100 gr.
- Grain mustard, 30 gr.
- Honey, 20 gr.
- Layers Almond, 20 gr.
- Dijon mustard, 15 gr.
- Apple vinegar, 10 ml
- Ground paprika (sweet), 2 gr.
- Rosemary
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Cut the onion into thin half rings.
We clean the potatoes, boil in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Mix vinegar, both mustard, honey, paprika, add 5 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, bring to a boil, cook, stirring, half a minute.
We salt the chicken, pepper to taste, fry on heavy heat in a small number of vegetable oil along a couple of minutes on each side, put it to the side.
Put the onion in the pan, add a spoonful of vegetable oil, fry the minute …
… Add beans, carrots, reduce the fire to medium, fry for 5 minutes, stirring periodically.
Put the welded potatoes, vegetables in the baking dish, sprinkle rosemary leaves, tonsil, lay out the chicken on top, water the mustard-honey sauce and send to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
Serve.
