    Rinse the fillet well with running cold water. Dry with a paper towel. Cut in medium pieces. Instead of fillet, you can take the meat of the lower leg or hips.

  • Step 7

    Choose deep dishes for preparing rice with a turkey. It can be a thick -walled pan, pan, cauldron, wok, stewpan. Warm up vegetable oil without smell. Put pickled meat.

    Fry on moderate heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring so that meat pieces change their color and grab on all sides. Thanks to a quick roasting, all meat juice will remain inside, and the meat will turn out juicy.

    Pour 400 ml of water. I recommend using filtered or bottled hot to speed up the cooking process. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix. Bring to a boil. From the moment of boiling, make a small fire and cook under the lid, approximately 25-35 minutes. Cooking time depends on the grade of cereal. During the extinguishing, you do not need to mix.

    As soon as all the liquid is absorbed, and the rice will prepare, turn off the fire. Cover with a lid and leave the rice with a turkey for another 10-15 minutes.

    Stir before serving to the table.

    I cook this dish not only for dinner, but also for the future. After complete cooling, I distribute it to portioned containers and send it to the freezer. Shelf life — up to 2-3 months. To defrost, it is best to leave the container in the refrigerator at night or heat it in a microwave or on the stove, adding a little water. It is very convenient to save time in this way.
