Hi all.
Today we have an Italian dish. Not quite a canonical version of the pasta with Bologna stew, but quite tasty, and most importantly, faster.
As a meat component, we have minced meat from a turkey here, but, of course, you can take any — chicken, pork, beef, ram, even from partridge)).
Product set:
- Remes from turkey, 300 gr.
- Fetuchini, 160 gr.
- Tomatoes are torn, 100 gr.
- Onion, 1 pc.
- Carrots, 50 gr.
- Celery, 30 gr.
- Garlic, 2 teeth
- Italian herbs, 1 tsp.
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
We cut all the vegetables with a small cube.
Boil the fetchini in salted water for 10 minutes, pour a glass of cold water, remove from heat.
In a pan, heat a little vegetable oil, fry carrots, onions, garlic and celery over high heat for three minutes.
Add minced meat, knead, mix …
… Add tomatoes, 100 ml of paste water, Italian herbs, salt, pepper to taste, simmer over low heat under the lid for 15 minutes.
We serve with some kind of greens, sprinkled with Parmesan, etc.
