First, prepare everything you need for salad with chicken and beans. I have a smoked chicken ham, with a bone it weighs a little more, but it turned out about 220 grams. This option gives a bright taste and light smoked. If there is no smoked chicken, you can just marinate and fry chicken breast-it will turn out differently, but also tasty.
I used the cheese already grated — convenient and saves time. If you want to facilitate refueling, part of the mayonnaise can be replaced with natural yogurt, adding a little lemon juice and French mustard — the taste will be fresh and piquant.

Cut the bread with a small cube and pour into a dry pan. Fry to blush — this will add the salad of the desired texture. At the very end, add chopped garlic, mix and remove from heat in a minute. Let the croutons completely cool.

💡 If you plan to serve a salad later, you can’t add fried bread yet — it can get wet.

Now add grated cheese, a mixture of mayonnaise and yogurt, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
