Preparation: Step 1
-
Prepare the ingredients for a pouring cake with minced meat in the oven.
The total weight of the eggs in the shell is 200 grams.
Greens took parsley and green onions.
2 tablespoons of oil will go to the frying, and 1 to lubricate the shape. My shape is rectangular — 20 \ 28 cm. If round, then I would take 22 cm.
-
Step 2
Grind and fry onions (minutes 2), with the addition of a spoon of oil.
-
Step 3
Push the onion to the edge, add another spoonful of oil, minced meat and fry it over high heat, breaking into small lumps. Literally 5 minutes — and everything is ready.
Well salt and pepper. I have a teaspoon, a little with a hill of salt, and a half -thytle of a freshly ground mixture of peppers.
-
Step 4
Grate the cheese, grind the greens and pass through the press garlic.
Cheese is not only for additional taste, but also for adhesion. If there is no cheese, then it is possible without it.
-
Step 5
Combine slightly cooled minced meat, garlic, greens and grated cheese.
-
Step 6
Mix everything well and try on salt and pepper. You can add any seasonings to your taste.
Instead of half the salt, I often add Swan salt. Its composition can be found on the Internet. By the way, I love it and use it almost everywhere: in soups, stew, cutlets, etc. I recommend trying!
Important! If the minced meat is wet, then the dough will not be partially baked. It should be wet, but definitely without liquid.
-
Step 7
Pour kefir into a bowl, drive eggs and add salt. Salt added about 1 tsp, a little with a hill.
