Pour water into the pan, place beef into it, bring everything to a boil and remove the resulting foam. Add bay leaf, one peeled onion, fragrant pepper, stems of parsley and dill, salt and cook until the softness of the meat. It took me about 2 hours. It all depends on the quality of meat and a piece that you prefer. Focus on the softness of meat.

Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the products. Tomato can be cut into two halves and grate. Quickly, simply, and the skin will remain in your hands. It can also be cut into cubes or chopped with a blender.

Make a frying for a day from fresh cabbage according to a classic recipe. Clean onions with carrots. Cut onions with a cube, rub the carrots on a grater. Add oil to the hot pan, fry the onion for a couple of minutes, then add the carrots and a grated tomato after another three minutes. After a minute, turn off everything, the roasting for the cabbage soup is ready.

Peel the potatoes and cut into a cube. Chop cabbage. It is important that the strips of cabbage are not too long. In this case, they will simply be inconvenient to eat. If you want to slightly reduce calories and facilitate cabbage soup, refuse potatoes either at all, or instead you can add tsukkini or zucchini cut into the same cubes.

Check the beef. If it has become soft enough, then get out of the pan and cut into small pieces. All stems of onions, bay leaf and green stems to collect with a slotted spoon and throw out. Leave a pure broth.
