Preparation: Step 1

Prepare ingredients for banana milk. If you want a more delicate taste, then water can be partially or completely replaced, for example, almond or soy milk.
The banana should be ripe, medium. If you have a large large banana, you need to increase the amount of water to three hundred grams so that the milk does not work out too thick.
Personally, I like to eat precisely unripe bananas, with a small presence of greenery on the skin. But for banana milk, unripe bananas are not suitable. After cooking, they do not give the desired smoothness the drink, but the feeling of many small pieces is present. So take only mature bananas.

Step 2
Peel the banana, cut or just break into pieces and place in a blender. If you decide to add vanilla, then do it at this stage. I have vanilla extract. It can be an essence or vanilla paste. Vanilin is an artificial powder, and I, of course, do not advise adding it.
With sugar — it is clear here — add vanilla sugar, and the drink is obtained more sweetly. Do you need it? Decide for yourself.

Step 3
Pour in water or vegetable milk. If you want to get a cold drink at once, then part of the water can be replaced with ice. Also, for the preparation of banana milk, you can use frozen bananas. So, if a stock of bananas is stored in your freezer, it's time to put them into business.

Step 4
Beat everything to uniformity. No pieces should remain, and such a magnificent, light cap will appear on top.

Banana milk is ready. If you do not have enough sweets, you can add a little maple syrup or honey. But, by and large, the banana itself is sweet, and the drink, respectively, also turns out to be so.

Step 6
Banana milk can not only be drunk, but also used in other recipes, replacing the cow. Example — Milk. In the photo pancakes prepared with replacement of ordinary milk with banana.
Since banana milk turns out noticeably thicker than usual, the flour will need to be added a little less, approximately one tablespoon. Of course, the pancakes will taste with a rather bright flavor of the banana. So, if you like it, feel free to cook, tried it 🙂

You can also use banana milk in any smoothie.
Smoothies — a thick cocktail with the addition of fruits, berries, herbs, vegetables, which replaces many, for example, a full breakfast. One of my most beloved — Smoothies with kiwi and arugula. For him, I also use banana milk.

There are really quite a lot of options where banana milk is used. Baking is prepared from it, make cocktails, add to cereal (oatmeal, rice) or pour mucley with this milk.
It is undesirable to store it, because after a while it will begin to divine and lose taste. And why, if it takes only one minute to cook it?
