Today we will simplify the recipe, taking the finished stratified dough. Less hacking, much faster, and the result will turn out to be no worse than the original story!
Product set:

- Butter, 50 gr.

Slightly soften the oil, mix with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt.

We put it on the baking sheet vertically, gently crush 1-1.5 cm thick, send to the oven, heated to 180 ° C for half an hour.
We put cottage cheese, vanilla extract, sugar powder, cream in the blender bowl, beat at a maximum speed for five minutes.
We pull out the buns from the oven, spread the cream cream on top, leave at rest for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, serve, decorating with some kind of greenhouse like mint.
