Rinse the chicken fillet, cut in medium pieces. Transfer to a bowl, add soy sauce, paprika, a pinch of black pepper. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the meat will absorb spices and become more fragrant.

Clean carrots and grate on a coarse grater. Peel and cut red on the red onion (you can finely, if you like it more).

Remove the tail and seeds from the Bulgarian pepper, cut into cubes or strips. Finely chop the garlic or pass through the press.

Put the vegetables in the pan to the chicken, mix and fry for 5 minutes until they become soft and fragrant. Already at this stage there is a delicious smell!

Add bell pepper and garlic, mix. Cook under the lid for 4-5 minutes, until the pepper becomes soft.

Add tomato paste, chopped greens (to taste). Mix, evenly distributing the paste. Warm up for 1-2 minutes — this will remove excess acid and make the taste more saturated. If the pasta is sour, add a pinch of sugar.

While the base is stewed, boil the salted water and boil pasta until cooked (7-10 minutes, depending on the variety). Drain the water without washing.

Put pasta in a pan with chicken and vegetables. Mix thoroughly, cover with a lid, reduce the fire to a minimum and prepare another 5 minutes so that the tastes are connected.
