Step 1
To prepare homemade tincture, we will need the following ingredients: vodka, Japanese quince and granulated sugar.
Step 2
The fruits of the Japanese quince are dry and dry. We cut each into 4 parts, cut out seed boxes. Cut the pulp with the skin with thin slices.
Step 3
There are 400 grams of prepared quince. It will take at least half an hour to work, since the fruits are very hard and it is quite difficult to work with them.
Step 4
We transfer slices into a clean jar (with a volume of at least 1.5 liters).
Step 5
Add 200 grams of sugar. It is quite enough for such a quince that the finished drink does not turn out to be too sour, but it is not sugary.
Step 6
Pour 500 milliliters of vodka (moonshine or alcohol diluted with water).
Step 7
We tightly close the jar with a lid and thoroughly shake the contents. There is absolutely no need to shake the bank for a very long time — let the sugar partially dissolve. It remains to put our future quince tincture in a dry and dark place (for example, a kitchen cabinet) for at least 1 month. It is better, of course, to withstand the drink for a couple of months, but, to be honest, you can remove the sample after 30 days. The first week of insisting must be shaken once a day to shake the jar so that the sugar is completely dissolved, and then nothing needs to be done.
Step 8
Here is a ready -made tincture from the Japanese quince, sustained for two months.
Step 9
The drink must be filtered (tossed on a sieve, covered with 2 layers of gauze). We squeeze the slices and throw it away — they played their role.
Step 10
The result is such a solar -ovary tincture (the output is about 700 milliliters).
Step 11
We pour the finished tincture from quince into a beautiful dish, tightly close and store in a dry and dark place. Before serving, I recommend it to cool it properly — so tastier. You want to immediately store the drink in the refrigerator, if the place allows.
Step 12
Appetizing, fragrant, sweet and sweet homemade tincture of Japanese quince is an interesting and delicious drink. Vodka is practically not felt, but a degree is decent (I will not say for sure, since there is no alcoholometer). Prepare with pleasure, friends, and pleasant tasting to you!
