    It is important that the fire should be very soft. You do not fry eggs, but cook them slowly.

  • Step 5

    Carefully pour whipped eggs into the pan without interfering with it immediately. Let them begin to grab a little around the edges.

  • Step 6

    Start slowly mix the eggs with a spatula, as if “shifting” a turning egg from edges to the center. Move calmly, slowly, smoothly continuous movements.

    The main thing in this process is not to dry eggs.

  • Step 7

    When the eggs begin to thicken, but they will still be wet, remove the pan from the fire. Residual heat will bring the mass to the state of the cream.
