Once upon a time we already talked about this salad and it seemed that that recipe did not require any changes and rethinking.
However, time is coming, we are gaining experience and what at that time seemed to be an axiom now.
Today we will prepare our «Mercury», using a simpler technique, which, however, will not diminish its consumer qualities at all.
Moreover, according to calories, this option will be more acceptable for the fair sex that follow the figures).
Product set:
- Chicken breast, fillet, 1 pc.
- Eggs, 4 pcs.
- Champignons s/m, 150 gr.
- Mayonnaise, 150 gr.
- Bunny, 120 gr.
- Red onions, 1 pc.
- Cucumbers, 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil, salt
Pour the prunes with boiling water for 25-30 minutes …
… cut into slices.
Pour the chicken with cold water, salt, bring to a boil, remove from heat, leave it under the lid for 20 minutes …
… Cut into a cube.
We boil the eggs screwed, rub on a large grater, squeeze the mushrooms from excess moisture, chop smaller, cut the onion with a cube, clean the cucumbers, remove the pulp with a spoon, rub the rest on a large grater.
We heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms over high heat until the water comes out of them (until the steam stops when stirring).
Add onions, salt to taste, fry for 3 minutes.
Mix the prunes from 1/4 of the mayonnaise, distribute with a thin layer along the bottom of the plate on which we will serve our salad.
We also mix the chicken from 1/4 of the mayonnaise, after a little, salt.
Mix mushrooms and onions with 1/4 of mayonnaise, put it on chicken, level it.
Mix the remaining mayonnaise with an egg, salt, spread on top.
We cover everything with grated cucumbers, gently cover and clean in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Serve.
