To prepare this delicious home white bread, we will need the following ingredients: wheat flour, water, flax seeds and sunflower, sugar, refined vegetable (in this case, sunflower) oil, high -speed yeast and salt.

In volumetric dishes for knee -deep test, we sift 300 grams of wheat flour. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon without a slide of salt and high yeast.

Mix so that the additives are evenly distributed in flour. Next, pour 200 milliliters of warm water and 1 tablespoon of refined vegetable oil.

Mix all products so that the flour absorbs liquid into itself. After that, add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds and sunflower.

We knead the soft, delicate and slightly sticky dough. In the process of kneading, if necessary, you can add a little flour (it took me 20 grams) if the dough is too wet. Manual kneading — about 15 minutes, with the help of tests — 10-12 minutes at an average speed. We round the yeast dough into the bun, tighten the container with cling film or cover with a light towel. We leave in a warm place for fermentation for 1.5 hours or until the dough grows 2.5-3 times.
Step 6
After the indicated time, the bun will grow strongly, become magnificent and airy. We crush it, releasing air bubbles, and give the desired shape. I decided to make white bread round, but you can form, for example, a loaf.

We pour 1 tablespoon of sunflower and linen seeds on the working surface. Lubricate the bell of the dough with water and roll in the seeds, carefully pressing them to the surface of the workpiece.

The denser you press the sprinkle, the stronger it will sit on the finished bread.

We shift the baking sheet to a baking sheet previously covered with parchment paper. We cover with a towel or cutting of the food film and leave for about 40-50 minutes for proofing.

When the workpiece doubles, it's time to start baking.

Additionally, so that the bread does not crack from below, we make a not very deep incision.

We cook homemade white bread in the oven preheated to 220 degrees in the upper niz mode without convection for 10 minutes. Then we reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bring the bread to readiness for half an hour. We give the pastries completely cool and can be cut with portioned slices.

This white bread with flax and sunflower seeds is very magnificent, airy and soft. Crispy seeds perfectly complement and set off the tenderness of the crumb.
