Step 1
The necessary ingredients in order to prepare juice from grapes for the winter: grapes (you can both green and dark), granulated sugar and water.
Step 2
First of all, we sort out grapes: my clusters, dry and remove berries from the scallops. Back and crumpled is better to throw away.
Step 3
Now you need to get juice — we use a juicer. By the way, on many Internet resources they write that the juicer is not desirable, they say, then the bones are crushed and the juice becomes tart. I certainly can’t be announced: I have all the bones remained intact and unharmed. We pass all the berries through the juicer — as you can see, this is such a heterogeneous mass of indefinite color with foam.
Step 4
I got about 4 liters of this liquid. Let her stand an hour — so the foam will be compacted and it can be removed, and the juice is strain.
Step 5
Depending on the power of your electrical appliance, cake can be of different degrees of humidity, but in any case, there are quite a lot of juice in it. In order for everything to go into business, pour the cake of 500 ml of water and mix everything.
Step 6
We put a pan with a coil on fire and bring to a boil. Let the mass cool slightly, and then squeeze it with gauze or thin fabric. My advice to you: when you manually get off the juice, be sure to put on rubber gloves! Otherwise, your hands will itch for a long time, as after nettle burns. There are a lot of natural acid in grapes, which can cause unpleasant moments of the skin of the hands.
Step 7
After a long (about an hour) and a stubborn struggle against foam and cake, I turned out a little less than 4 liters of fragrant pure grape juice. We pour sugar into a pan with juice and put it on the fire. It is not necessary to boil the juice-it is enough to warm it up to 85-90 degrees. This is not difficult to determine: when the juice begins to publish such a peculiar noise and prepare to boil, it can be rolled up.
Step 8
Do not forget to prepare banks and lids in advance — they can be sterilized in any convenient way. I am used to doing this in the microwave-1 half-liter jar with 50 ml of water is needed for about 7 minutes. I just boil lids in a saucepan for about 5 minutes.
Step 9
We pour hot juice into jars. We roll them or twist them (depending on the lid).
Step 10
Here is my wealth for the winter — homemade juice from grapes is ready. We turn the jars with juice with the lids down, wrap it with something warm (for example, a blanket) and let it cool in this position. Then we transfer it to the cellar or basement, and in winter we get it and remember the warm cash.
Step 11
Successful and tasty blanks for the winter!
