Today we will prepare a simple, but very spectacular salad with potatoes, bacon and vegetables.
It can be served both in a warm form and prepared in advance, so for a regular or romantic dinner and it will be the most it!
As for the salad mixture, we have an iceberg, Frieze and Radichio here, but you can, in principle, take any. In the end, even a lone iceberg or Romano will do.
Product set:
- Salad mixture, 150 gr.
- Potatoes, 3-4 pcs.
- Bacon, 100 gr.
- Beans, 100 gr.
- Radis, 3-4 pcs.
- Mayonnaise, 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable oil, salt
We boil the potatoes until cooked in the peel, cut into slices, cut into thin halves.
Fry the bacon over high heat to a clear crust (one and a half to two minutes on each side), transfer to a napkin.
We send the beans to the place of the bacon, fry for a couple of minutes, stirring, transferred to a deep bowl.
Add a little butter to the pan, lay out the potatoes, salt to taste, fry for 6-7 minutes, stirring periodically.
In a bowl to beans, add radishes, potatoes, salad mixture, season with mayonnaise, mix.
Serve, sprinkling with slices of bacon.
