Step 1
To prepare this delicious curd casserole, we need the following ingredients: cottage cheese, water, rice, chicken eggs, sugar, raisins without bones, butter, vanilla sugar and a little salt (for a balance of tastes).
Step 2
We wash one glass of rice well in cold water until it becomes completely transparent (5-7 times). We put the cereal in a saucepan and pour two glasses of cold water. We put on medium heat, bring to a boil, after which we make a minimum fire and prepare the rice under the lid until the liquid is completely evaporated. I cook rice for about 17-20 minutes after boiling.
Step 3
In the meantime, we put 400 grams of cottage cheese in a volumetric bowl, add 80 grams of sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and three eggs. At the same time, one yolk is still put in a separate bowl — it will come in handy later to lubricate the casserole.
Step 4
We pierce all the ingredients with a submersible blender to get a smooth and homogeneous cottage cheese mass. By consistency, it is completely not thick — like a low -fat sour cream. If you do not have a submersible blender, use a stationary with a bowl or wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, and then mix everything thoroughly with a mixer, a whisk or a fork.
Step 5
We wash 80 grams of raisins without bones under cold water and thrown back on a sieve.
Step 6
Rice was just welded — all the water was evaporated, and the cereal became completely ready.
Step 7
We shift the boiled rice and pure raisins to the cottage cheese.
Step 8
Mix a spoon so that all the components are evenly distributed according to the mixture.
Step 9
The baking dish (I have a square 20×20 cm), lubricate with soft butter (30 grams).
Step 10
We shift the workpiece for cottage cheese casserole in the shape and level it.
Step 11
It remains to lubricate it with egg yolk, which we put in advance in a bowl.
Step 12
We prepare cottage cheese casserole with rice and raisins in the oven pre -heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. I have a gas oven, lower heating, without convection. If you prepare such a casserole in electric breathing, be sure to make sure that you do not burn the top (if the upper heating is turned on).
Step 13
We serve a fragrant and delicious curd casserole with our favorite jam (we ate with an orange jam on this recipe), honey, sour cream. It is good both warm and cold. Prepare for health, friends, and pleasant to you appetite!
