    Drive 2 eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla, 120 grams of sugar and beat all for about 8-10 minutes.

    The mass should increase well in volume and light.

  • Step 3

    Pour the melted butter and add cottage cheese.

  • Step 4

    Add the flour and zest of lemon sifted with baking powder.
