Today we bake interesting pies. Take the dough from a chic cabbage pie (with a small modification), and make the filling of sorrel and chopped egg.
Product set:
- Flour, 400 gr.
- Margarine, 100 gr.
- Yeast, 20 gr.
- Milk, 200 ml
- Vegetable oil, 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Sugar, 2 tsp.
- Salt, ½ tsp.
- Eggs, 5 pcs.
- Spring, a couple of bundles
Three eggs boil the screwed.
We heat the milk in the microwave (up to 40-45 ° C), dissolve sugar and yeast in it.
We melt margarine.
In a bowl we put one raw egg, vegetable oil, salt, milk with yeast and margarine. We knead the dough, gradually adding flour. When the dough begins to lag behind the fingers, cover the bowl and clean it in a warm place for 40 minutes.
We cut the sorrel straws, add a pinch of sugar, salt, slightly wander with our hands.
We cut down the eggs with cubes, mix with sorrel.
We form small balls from the dough.
Roll out, lay out the filling …

… turn the seam down and lay out on a baking sheet. We cover with a towel, leave to arrange for 15-20 minutes, while the oven warms up to 180 ° C.
We separate the yolk from the remaining eggs, lubricate the pies and send it to the oven for half an hour.
