    Grate the feta cheese on a fine grater or knead with a fork.

    If you want to give the snack a softer, creamy taste, then instead of a Brynza, you can use Adyghe cheese or completely replace it with cottage cheese. It will turn out no less tasty and interesting.

  • Step 4

    Prepare garlic. Clean it from the husk. Grate on a fine grater or grind through a special press for garlic.

  • Step 5

    Rinse and dry dill. Remove the hard stem. Finely chop the greens of dill.

  • Step 6

    Put Parmesan and Brynza in a cup. Add garlic, dill and melt cheese to cheese. Mix everything well. You can add a little black pepper.

  • Step 7

    Put one tablespoon of cheese filling on the palm of your hand and form a small sausage. Place the cheese filling on the edge of the bacon and wrap it inward, forming a roll.

    Cover the baking dish with a sheet of parchment and put in it rolls of bacon and cheese.

  • Step 9
