Put the meat in a bowl, add chopped onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and mixture of spicy herbs. February (Provencal) herbs are suitable. This mixture is already sold in finished form. Mix well and pickle one and a half to two hours, cleaning the refrigerator.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it well (but, not up to smoke!) And lay out a marinated pork. Fry, stirring constantly, until the pieces of meat are brightened. If desired, it is possible to bruttle.

Immediately lay the pork into the banks, filling them to the shoulders. You can slightly compact. Hold the lids for a couple of minutes in hot water and close the jars with a little effort.

Install a stew in an autoclave. Pour water and steam steam or in water. The mode can be selected independently or proceed from the capabilities of the autoclave. On average, canned meat is prepared for 40 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees. Electronic autoclaves set the desired program automatically based on the specified parameters. Remove the finished homemade stew from the autoclave cooled to room temperature. Banks should be signed to know the preparation date. Store like any canned food in a dark, cool place.
