Pour in water and vegetable oil. I recommend that you take the purified or bottled water, and the oil is any refined, at your discretion. Mix everything well.

Sift the flour in advance through a small sieve. In several techniques, pour flour to liquid ingredients.

After each pouring flour, mix the dough well with a spoon. At this stage, I recommend moving to a manual batch, since it is already difficult to interfere with a spoon.

On the kitchen board, knead the dough, if necessary, pouring flour, until a cool dough is formed. The amount of flour may differ slightly from the recipe specified in the recipe, as everyone has different ingredients.
The dough should turn out to be quite dense and not stick to the hands. It took me about 10-15 minutes to knead the dough at this step.
Cover the bun with a dietary film or a kitchen towel and let it rest for 25-30 minutes on the kitchen table.

Grate Adyghe cheese on a coarse grater. You can knead a fork.

Rinse and dry the greens. I have dill and parsley. Green onions or cilantro are perfect. Finely chop. Add greens to the cheese.

Mix everything well. Try a cheese filling for dumplings to taste. If necessary, you can add salt, pepper or other spices to taste. I do not add anything, I have enough taste of cheese and aroma of greens.

Rested the dough. After proofing, it becomes very soft and flexible. Cut into four parts to make it convenient to work. Form Kolobok. Cover with cling film so that the dough is not weathered and work with everyone in turn.
